Peace and War 007
7) Playgrounds vs Dangerous Zones
Normal Life
A playground in the park is a kingdom of endless imagination.
The sound of children laughing while sliding down a slide or swinging high into the sky can make tired parents smile after a long day of work.
We let our children run, play, and sweat freely.
We let them learn from small falls on soft sand.
A playground is a symbol of freedom and safety that every child deserves.
It is a place where children can use their energy, explore the world, and grow up happily under the sunlight and the sound of birds.
Life and War
When war arrives, the bright playground becomes a frightening place of danger and death.
The swings that once moved happily now stand still, covered with rust or bullet marks.
The sand that once held tiny footprints may now hide landmines or sharp metal fragments that can destroy a child’s body in a second.
Parents are forced to stop their children from even stepping outside the house.
Joy becomes trapped inside dark and narrow rooms because outdoor spaces are no longer places for fun, but dangerous battle zones where one small mistake can cost a life.
Seeing a destroyed playground is like seeing the spirit of childhood itself being crushed.
Fear slowly fills the hearts of children every time they look outside the window.
A safe world is a world where children can run and play without fearing that the world around them will hurt them.
